TECHNICAL EVALUATION REPORT (TER) FOR LAKEVIEW TITLE I SITE Attached is a draft outline for preparation of the TER documenting URF0 review of the proposed remedial action at the Lakeview site. The outline basically corresponds to that transmitted to URF0 by memorandum from L. Higginbotham to R. D. Smith dated September 16, 1985, but does contain minor changes to account for URF0 staff review responsibilities. The draft outline provides general guidance regarding the specific issues to be covered within each technical area. Detailed information regarding the technical content of the various review area chapters is provided in the memorandum referenced above and in the Standard Review Plan prepared by the Division of Waste Management.
