VIEWS OF SUFFOLK COUNTY, THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON CONCERNING EFFECT OF NASSAU COUNTY RESOLUTIONS ON LILCO'S APPEAL OF THE ASLB'S CONCLUDING PARTIAL INITIAL DECISION In response to the Appeal Board's Order dated July 28, 1986, Suffolk County, the State of New York, and the Town of Southampton (" Governments") hereby submit their views concerning the effect of two resolutions passed by the Nassau County Board of Supervisors on June 16, 1986 on LILCO's pending appeal of the ASLB's Concluding Partial Initial Decision of August 26, 1985.

The referenced Nassau County resolutions were attached to the Suffolk County, State of New York, and Town of Southampton Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Answer to LILCO's Petition for Review of ALAB-832 (June 22, 1986).

They are " Resolution Relative To The Use Of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum In A Long Island Lighting Company's Evacuation Plan," and " Resolution Amending A Resolution Entitled

'A Resolution Relative To The Use Of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum In A Long Island Lighting Company's Evacuation Plan.'"
