) March 24, 1987 ORDER (Denying Mass.' Motion To File Limited Reply)

On March 20, 1987, the Comonwealth of Massachusetts filed a motion for permission to file a limited reply to Applicants' answer (of March 13, 1987) to the Mass. motion to reconsider a late-filed contention with revised basis and to reopen the record. Therein, Mass, stated that it wanted to apprise the Board of two apparent misrepresentations in Applicants' answer. The (limited) reply was attached to the Mass. motion.

The Mass. motion for permission to file a limited reply is denied.

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.730(c), a moving party has no right of reply. Here Mass, has not shown good cause in support of its motion.
