Enclosed is a revision to the 1986 Annual Challenges of all Safety / Relief Valves Report No. 2 for Limerick Generating Station Unit 1.
The Challenges to Safety / Relief Valve Report was submitted on February 25, 1987 in compliance with the Annual Reporting requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.b.
This revision is being submitted to correct a typographical error in identifying an event date as June 23, 1987 rather than June 23, 1986.
The change is identified by a vertical bar in the margin.
