Letter from J. P. Watters to W. T. Crow, dated February 4, 1987 Gentlemen:
The Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant has requested amendment of SNM-ll68 to accommodate recent organizational changes at the CNFP (Reference 2).
Mr. Sean Soong of your staff had questions regarding the wording of Section V, Page 72 of the submittal.
As a result, we have revised Section V, Page 72 to address Mr. Soong's concerns and is included with this letter for your review.
Attachment I contains revised Page 72 of Section V, dated 3-17-87 which replaces Page 72,Section V dated 2-04-87 submitted in Reference (2).
