The Commission was briefed by the NRC staff, the Nuclear Energy Institute, and the Union of i
Concerned Scientists on the proposed reactor oversight process improvements. The Commission will provide further guidance to the staff on this matter in the staff requirements memorandum on SECY-99-007A subsequent to completion of the Commission voting process.
