During the period August 22 to September 11, 1988, the 11 Alabama Power Company employees, with their attorney present, were interviewed by the OfficeofInvestigations(01). The results of these interviews will be

incorporated into OI's report of investigation. O! is currently planning to interview the Alabama Power Company ranagement employees, in the presence of their attorney, during the month of September 1988.  ;
