Pursuant to conversations with your office, enclosed are copies of pages 24-26 of the prehearing conference in the matter of Maurice P.
Acosta, Jr. (Operator License No. 6010-2, EA 88-164), Docket No.
55-08347. Also enclosed are copies of the June 15, 1988 Show Cause order and Mr. Acosta's response which initiated the proceeding.
