Approval Record Model No. BS-33-180 Packaging Docket No. 71-6722 By application dated September 19, 1985, Tennessee Valley Authority requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 6722.

No changes have been requested or made to the package since approval of the latest supplement dated February 10, 1977.

A previous revision to the certificate of compliance deleted references to specific liners and inner containers.

In accordance with the previous revision the certificate of compliance has been revised to delete the ATCOR supplements dated October 29 and November 5,1975 and the referenced liner drawings (Drawing Nos. 0568-A-0013, Rev. B and 0568-D-0002, Rev. K).

As discussed with the applicant, the certificate of compliance has been conditioned to preclude the fabrication of additional units.

The staff concludes that the statements of the original application, as supplemented, satisfy the requirement for renewal of the certificate of compliance.
