I am pleased to invite you to join the Commissioners and staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in a formal ceremony to dedicate our new White Flint headquarters building at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 1988. Because conso11-dation of the NRC at a single location would not have been possible without the cooperation and support of the General Services Administration (GSA), we sincerely hope that you will be able to attend and to present brief remarks on this important occasion for both our agencies. l t
At present, we envision a brief ceremony in which you and I would speak, followed by the unveiling of a commemorative plaque to be mounted in the lobby of the building. We will also be inviting several dignitaries and special guests, including other members of GSA who have been so helpful in our '
efforts to achieve consolidation.
