Enclosed for your information is a copy of the Draft Staff Evaluation Report (SER) for the Chichibu Cement Co... LTD Steel Fiber Polymer Impregnated Concrete (SFPIC) High Integrit'y Container topical report. The SER is the product of the review, perfonred by the Engineering Branch, Div.ision of Waste Management of the original topical report and subsequent additional submittals. The SER is currently undergoing a management review before final approval can be obtained. This review should be completed by June 23, 1986. After any.
necessary revisions have been made, the approved SER will be transmitted to the state authorities as well as the Chichibu Cement Co.
