The purpose of this supplemental agreement is to modify the contract to reflect the NRC determination to discontinue performance of the contract after completion of Phase I. and the agreement of the parties on the amount of fee to be paid to the contractor for completion of Phase I.
Accordingly, the following changes are applicable:
A.
Section F - Deliveries and Performance, delete paragraph F.3 Duration of Contract Period in its entirety and substitute the following paragraph in lieu thereof:

B.
Section G - Contract Administration Data, delete paragraph G.I.A -
Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation and substitute the following:
A.
Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation 1.
The total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $159,771.58 of which the sum of
. represents the total reimbursable costs and of which represents the fixed fee.
2.
Funds previously obligated for performance of the contract are hereby reduced by $15,228.42, from $175,000.00 to
$159,771.58. The sum of e m q u assa represents the total reimbursable cost and W represents the fixed fee.
C.
Due to the fact that Phases II through V of the contract will not be performed, the contractor agrees to reimburse the Government for fee paid in excess of them fee negotiated for performance of Phase I.
