Dear Mr. Lange:
As you will recall, we requested from you on April 3, 1986, a schedule for responding to our comments on your topical report entitled, "Envirostone Gypsum Cement," USG-685-1.
As yet, we have yet to receive your schedule. As we are planning our activities for the remainder of this year, we request this input by July 18, 1986. If we do not receive a response by that date, we will initiate procedures to closeout this activity.
If you decide in the future to pursue an approval of the topical report, you will need to resubmit it. This would ir"olve charging you for the new review in accordance with the fee structure in 10 CFR Part 170.
