We have completed our review of the information submitted to you dated August 28, 1985. This information was provided in response to our request of August 7, 1981, concerning the Model No. TNB-0145 package.
We found that the information provided did not contain the analyses, test results, and engineering assessments requested in our letter of August 7, 1981. Subsequent to our review, we regret that our files were inadvertently destroyed.
In connection with our review of the Model No. TNB-0145 package', an' application, complete in itself and which takes into account the information requested in our letter of August 7,1981, should be provided.
In thes interim, we have removed this case from our active list.
