PRESSURIZED THERMAL SH0CK DRR has reviewed the subject rule and noticed that you included all of our comments sent to you on July 26. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you on this rule.
In this draft we noticed a few typos and some paragraphs where some of the information has been left cut. We have enclosed a marked copy.
On page 27, the paragraph which explains that this rulemaking action meets the categorical exclusion provisions of $51.22(c)(3) and that a finding of No Significant Impact is required should be set out as a separate paragraph.
