REVIEW 0F PART 50 FINAL RULE - PRESSURIZED THERMAL SH0CK I
DRR has reviewed the subject rule and has made editorial and stylistic changes throughout the rule. Specific comments are listed below and also in the margin of the enclosed marked-up copy.
j We have made several suggestions concerning the organization of your comment analysis in the comments discussion section of the preamble. Specifically, we have indicated that the coments received on the proposed rule and the Comission's response to those coments should be set out in a separate paragraph.
On page 2'3, the text of thE Regulatory Flexibility Act Certification and Paperwork Reduction Act Statements have been revised to reflect current language. Also, we have inserted on page 23A a revised Environmental Impact Statement that is compatible with the Comission's revised environmental regulation.
