Dear Mr. Zech:
I am writing to request the opportunity to speak to you and the other Commissioners at the October 14 meeting concerning the reopening of Pilgrim tiuclear Power Station.
Many of my constituents who believe that the plant should not be reopened at this time have asked me to represent them at this to which they are unable to travel.
