Dear Mr. Gailey:
Sargent & Lundy has completed the Independent Design Verification Program (IDVP) of the Hope Creek Generating Station.
The Fin.nl Report of the results of the IDVP is enclosed for your use.
The report is dated August 30, 1985 and includes seven volumes.
Volume 1 addresses the Executive Summary, Introduction, Assess-ments and conclusions, and the individual discipline reviews.
Volume 2 includes the Appendices A through D and Volumes 3 through 7 include the Observation Reports, Resolution Reports, and Completion Reports generated during the IDVP.
A limited distribution of 13 copies of the Final Report is being made with this letter.
The remainder of the copies agreed upon will be transmitted by separate cover.
As previously agreed, copies of the,IDVP Final Report have been sent directly to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Westec Services, Inc.
