Enclosed plesse find two page changes to the currently approved UNC Naval Products Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNHCP).
These page changes clarify an item in Health Physics related to Nuclear Material Control and an item in the tamper safe seal program regards timeliness of seal application.
This letter and the enclosed pages are considered to contain infornation regarding our control and accounting procedures for safeguarding SSNH and, as specified in 10 CFR 2.790d are not to be placed in the public document room.
Enclosed is a check for $150.00 for administrative fees involved with processing of this requested change.
