Dear Sir / Madam:
This letter submits, in accordance with 10CFR50.4(b)(4)(iii), four (4) controlled copies each, of the revised Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Physical Security Plan, Rev.13, Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan, Rev. 9, and the Safeguards Contingency Plan, Rev.11. The revisions are detailed for each Plan in their respective Summary of Plan Revisions.
The Manager-Nuclear Security may be reached at 717-456-4915 to address all comments relative to the administrative processing of the security plan revisions.
These revisions are being submitted in accordar.co with 10CFR50.54(p)(2), and have been etermined not to decrease the effectiveness of the PBAPS Physical Security Plan, Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan, or the Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Ir, accordance with 10CFR73.21, we request that the enclosed revisions to the PBAPS Physical Security Plan, Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan and the Safeguards Contingency Plan, which contain Safeguards Information, be withheld from public disclosure and protected, as described in 10CFR73.21.
