Instrument Surveillance Gentlemen:

As a part of the process of preparing the Special Functional Test (SFT) program during the recent refueling outage, we undertook a thorough review of our surveillance and calibration procedures. As stated in Item 10 of Reference (b), this review identified some areas where procedural changes should be made, to assure conformance with the requirements of our Technical Specifications.

We plan to complete the procedural revisions by April 1, 1986.
