By letter dated May 16,.1984, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) . informed your company of their approval of your application dated August 8, 1983. This application transmitted Revision 1 to the Union Carbide Facility Emergency Plan. Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations were not remitted with your application.

Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their final review of the Au Class III fee ($2,000) gust 8 application, is appropriate sinceitthe hasreview beenwas detennined that a more than administrative or pro forma in nature. Therefore, your company is requested to remit the sum of $2,000 to this office.
