EXXON NUCLEAR CORPORATION (ENC), DECOMMISSIONING OF CENTRIFUGE TEST FACILITY (CTF)
On July 18, 1986, ENC submitted a survey report (copy enclosed) for the CTF decontamination effort. We request that Region V conduct a confirmatory survey and provide us with a recommendation for deleting the CTF as an authorized place of use from the license.
