Paragraphs a, b and d, Subsection F.1 under Section F., Deliveries and Performance, are deleted in their entirety, and the revised following Paragraph a, b and d are substituted in lieu thereof:
a.1 Instrumentation Technology and Codes Course The contractor has already delivered to the NRC all lesson plans.
However, about 90 percent of the case study materials, draft course outline, training aids, pre-study quiz and course examinations have been delivered. The contractor shall deliver the draft manual revisions, view graphs as associated with the trainino aids, and rest of the case study materials, draft course outline, pre-study quiz and course examinations to the NRC Proiect Officer and technical staff for approval. The NRC shall have 30 days to review the below items for approval and comments.
If comments develop as a result of NRC's review, the contractor shall have 14 days to incorporate them.

It is hereby mutually agreed that Messrs. Lind and Hannoman shall Serform as the primary instructors for presentation of the Electrical Technology and Codes Course. The parties hereto also agree that Mr. Jackowski shall i
perform as a backup instructor and provide technical support, as required, i
in regard to the-Electrical Technology and Codes. Course.
It is further agreed that the inolvement of these persons resolves the Government's concerns and issue concerning the contractor's lack of qualifications in regard to presentation of the Electrical Technology Codes Course.
