OF MEETING TO DISCUSS THE APPLICANT'S PLAN FOR RESOLUTION OF REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM THE i COMANCHE PEAK TECHNICAL REVIEW TEAM (TRT) EFFORT DESCRIBED IN LETTER DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 1984.

On Tuesday,' October 23, 1984, the staff and applicant representatives met to discuss the applicant's plan, submitted by letter dated October 8, 1984 (Mr.

Spence to Mr. Eisenhut), for resolution of requests for additional information from the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team effort described in a September

18, 1984 -letter and meeting relating to-(1) Electrical and Instrumentation (2) Civil / Structural,and ,

(3) Test Programs.

i' In an October 19, 1984 meeting on the same subject, the applicant was only l able to complete the presentation of their program in the electrical and j instrumentation area. This meeting was a continuation of the meeting, held October 19, 1984, to discuss the applicants plan on the Civil / Structural and Test Programs areas. The staff will be providing a letter to Texas Utilities l

with specific comments on the applicant's program.

l A copy of the meeting notice and a list of persons present are enclosed I (Enclosure 1 and 2, respectively). The meeting was transcribed and a copy l of the slides used at the meeting is bound into the transcript (Enclosure 3).

The meeting lasted approximately two hours. -
