. O e NRC-10-87-362 Modification No.17 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: 1) .exterid the period of performance for six (6) months i
through September 27,1999; and 2) increase the obligated and ceiling amounts. Accordingly, the fcilowing changes are hereby made:
- 1) NPC hereby extends the period of performance specified in item No. 2 of the statement of work. As a result, item No. 2 of the statement of work is hereby revised in its entirety to read as follows: i 1
"The period of performance hereunder shall commence on 3/28/99 and shall continue through 9/27/99. The period of performance may be extended at the request of NRC.
The Cooperator will be required to submit requested cost proposal. l
- 2) Due to NRC extending the period of performance under this cooperative agreement, item No. 3, entitled " Cooperative Agreement Period" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised to read as follows:
"FROM: 3/28/98 TO: 9/27/99"
- 3) The obligated and ceiling amounts are hereby increased by $1,136.34 to cover the extended period. As a result, Item No.15, entitled " Funding Sources" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised as follows:
