MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO.1 ENTITLED," SCOPING STUDY OF POTENTIAL FOR SABOTAGE OF UF6" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC l 98-010 l
Dear Ms. Hwang:
The purpose of this task order modification is to extend the period of performance of this task order to March at no change to estimated cost or fixed fee of the task order. Accordingly, Task l
Order No.1 is hereby changed as follows:
Task Order No.1 shall be in effect from September 29,1998 to March 31,1999. The total cost plus fixed fee for this task order will remain $37,806 in which the amount of $35,006 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $2,800 represents the fixed fee. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Any contractual matters should be referred to me on 301/415-8168. The issuance of this task order mod does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject contract. Please indicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the spaces provided below and return two fully executed copies to me. You should retain the third copy for your records.
