Inquiry No. 87-01 This refers to a telephone inquiry by Mr. Steven Courtemanche of this office with Dr. Paul Goldfinger of your staff on March 4, 1987. This inquiry concerned activities authorized by License No. SNM-1723, as they relate to the pending need for renewal of your license.
From this discussion, it is our understanding that you have never used licensed material under the authorization of this license, and that your management it deciding whether to renew your license or terminate it. In :
either case, we understand that this office will be notified of,your decision in writing prior to March 31, 1987.
If our understanding is incorrect, please inform us in writing.
