w Para 13 Autcentic sprinkler system would.be activated and offsite ala'ris company will notify fire department. Fire department can pain inmundiate access. Observation of fire damage indicates sprinkler system was not activrted, offsite alarm company did not pene fire department and fire department had to force entry to site.
