On September 22, 1988, this Board established a schedule for the submission of contentions with respect to the 1988 emergency exercise at the I
Shoreham facility. On October 4,1988, Intervenors, Suffolk County, State of New Yerk and Town of Southanpton, moved for a postponement of the deadline for filing contentions. On October 6, 1988, the Licensing Board declined to act on the request, but indicated that if the Appeal Board should reverse the OL-3 Board's dismissal of Intervenors, the Staff should deliver their response to Intervenors' motion within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of receipt of the Appeal Board's Order.
