REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE AS AN INTERESTED MUNICIPALITY NOW COMES the representatives of the Town of Seabrook
- and, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.715(c), hereby request an opportunity to participate in the above-named proceedings.
I.
Standing.
The representat ives of the Town of Seabrook assert that their town is located within ten miles of the Seabrook si te, and has vital interests in the Board's review of emergency preparedness plans for the site.
Pursuant to d.F.R.
2.715(c), we representatives of the Town of Seabrook understand that we are not required to take a position of any
- issue, and will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to participate 'and to introduce evidence, interrogate witnesses, and advise the Commission with respect to any issues of relevance to our town, including those associated with emergency preparedness.
