We are herein submitting some minor changes, made pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32(e), to Section 11 of the subject plan.
The revisions are denoted by ruled lines in the margins. These changes remedy some slight incon-sistencies between the Plan and the Fuel Operations Visitor Register forms used for employees and non-employees.
