Dear Mr. Jackson:

In response to N. B. Brown's letter received February 17, 1987, my intentions on completing the FNMC plan are to submit a final revision on or before June 15, 1937.

In order to accomplish this objective, I anticipate having several meetings with Ray Jackson and Don Joy. These meetings will be to discuss and clarify items in question as noted in your review comments.

After our discussions and agreement on issues, I will revise our F?2!C plan reflecting revisions as discussed and agreed to and submit a final revised F21C plan in its entirety on or before June 15, 1987.
