ORDER (Granting Licensee's Motion to Defer Hearing Schedule)
On July 17, 1986, the Licensee filed a motion for deferral of hearing schedule.
It requested that the schedule set forth in the Board's Memorandum and Order of May 19,1986(23 NRC _, LBD-86-14) be modified to provide that on:
Discovery begins March 2, 1987 Discovery ends May 11, 1987 Motions for summary June, 1, 1987 disposition to be filed 1
The Memorandum and Order of May 19, 1986 was clarified in a Memorandum and Order of June 18, 1986 (23 NRC _, LBP-86-17).

t Answers to motions for June 26, 1987 summary disposition to be filed Written testimony to be August 7, 1987 filed Hearing to comence August 25, 1987 Licensee advised that TMIA concurred. Mr. Au, attorney for the Comonwealth of Pennsylvania, advised the Board's secretary that he has 3
no objection to the granting of the motion. On July 28, 1986, the Staff responded that it had no objection.
Absent objections, Licensee's motion for deferral of hearing schedule is granted, and the schedule in the Memorandum and Order of May 19, 1986 is accordingly modified.
It is so ORDERED.
