The Commission *-was briefed by the licensee (Philadelphia ,

Electric Company) and the staff on the status of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station and the licensee's Restart Plan.

Presentations by the licensee were made by the following representatives:

Joseph Paquette Chairman, President and CEO

- Corbin McNeill, Jr.  ;

Executive Vice President - Nuclear l Dickinson Smith Vice President - PBAPS Chairman Zech emphasized to the licensee that the Peach Bottom reactor operators should be reminded of their commitment to safe i plant operation. Chairman Zech also requested the licensee to assure that corporate and plant management remain aware of plant ,

activities and continue their commitment to excellence. ,
