One (1) original and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Application for knendment to our Operating License to update Figure 6.2-1, the ORC reports to the Senior Vice President, Nuclear Group and the ISEG reports to the Manager, Nuclear Safety.
The Administrative Controls have also been revised to incorporate the title change to Senior Vic? President, Nuclear Group.
Section 6.8.1.a has been updated to reference Regulatory Guide 1.33, February 1978.
Section 6.5.2.7.j has been revised to require ORC review of the Radiological Monitoring Program results prior to submittal.
This change has been reviewed by the OSC and ORC and has been determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
