by the Reactor Committee for this facility.

l Although we recognize that the Emergen.y Plan need not be resubmitted, the reactor committee has determined that some modificatione are desirable. Accordingly, Revision 2 of the Emergency Plan, dated October 14, 1988, is submitted for approval.

The Security Plan for this facility wts recently revised and the resiston wts approsed by the NRC on January 27, 1987. For this reason, and because the reactor administration and reactor committee have asceruined there is no need for further revision at this time, we are submitting the current l

approsed Security Plan (Revision 2. Dated September 8,1916) with no changes from the time of its l

previous approval. Baetase this Security Plan is etempt fro,a public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR Part 2, Section 2.790(d),14 is bound separately from the other application dxuments.
