Dear Mr. Berkow:
Enclosed are 40 copies of Public Service Company's report entitled
" Parameter Trending Test Program".
The report provides a summary of back EMF measurements obtained during scram tests, preliminary results of which were reported in Reference 1.
The report describes tests conducted in core at zero power and at low power (0-35 percent) and is submitted in accordance with a commitment made in Reference 2.
In addition, the report describes other tests which have been conducted or are planned.
