Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License NPF-39. This Application requests changes to the Limerick Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements to include consideration of wind speed during verification of reactor enclosure secondary containment integrity.
