Based on available infonnation, there are excess funds renaining under this contract.
'1herefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission, as follows:
Delete " ARTICLE X - OELICATIWS" and substitute in lieu thereof, the following:
"'1he amnunt obligatcd by the MC with respect to this contract is $5,932.27."
As a result of this modification, the balance of $1,567.73 is' deobligated. A total anount of $5,932.27 ha been paid under this contract. 'Ihis amount includes final payment.
