INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT NO.
NRC-10 99-149. ENTITLED " SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES"
Dear Mr. James:
Pursuant to the Economy Act of 1932, as amended, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census (DOCBOC),
desire to enter into an agreement whereby DOCBOC will provide software maintenance and development services to the NRC.
Accordingly, upon your acceptance of this agreement as provided below, the terms and conditions of this Interagency Agreement are as follows:
Article I - Scoce of Work DOCBOC shall provide to NRC personnel resources for software maintenance and development services, on a cost reimbursable basis. These services shall include the assistance of a Production Programmer at a level of effort not to exceed one full time equivalent.
Article II - Period of Performance The period of performance for this Agreement shall be from October 1,1998, through September 30. 1999. The period of performance may be extended by mutual agreement of both parties. Any such changes to the period of performance shall be incorporated into this Agreement by the issuance of modifications to tNs Agreement.

Donald R. James 2-bureau overhead (28% and 34%. respectively) and common service rate charges (E!). Personnel benefit costs associated with annual / sick leave and performance awards shall not be billed under this agreement and remain the responsibility of DOCBOC.
Payment for reimbursement for these services shall be accomplished through Online Payment and Collection (0 PAC).
Requests for payment shall cite the following data:

Article IV - Oblication of Funds and Estimated Amount The total estimated amount of this Agreement for the twelve month period of performance is $216.700. The amount presently obligated by the NRC for this Agreement is $140.000.
It is estimated that the amount currently obligated will cover performance through July 1,1999.

- Insoection and Acceotance Inspection and acceptance of all services and deliverable items to be furnished hereunder shall be made by NRC's Project Officer.

The NRC project officer shall assign work requirements, monitor performance.
inspect.and accept products and services provided under this agreement and review all 00CBOC requests for payment. The project officer may not make changes to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
