Dear Dr. Williamson:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.12 to Facility License No. R-66 for your pool-type research reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in partial response to your application dated July 14, 1978.
This amendment changes a Technical Specification requirement relating to surveillance of safety rods.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
