IMO IIIIII ALL AGREEMENT STATES MINNESOTA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, PENNSYLVANIA, WISCONSIN TRAINING COURSE INFORMATION: ACCEPTANCE TO THE MARSSIM COURSE (H-121)
(SP-99-014 ) is the list of students from the States selected to attend the April 27-29,1999, Multi-agency Radiation Survey and Site Investigation Manual (MARSSIM) Course (H-121).
Please provide the list of students and the instructions (Enclosure 2) to each individual from your program who is on the list. States with students attending this course have agreed to pay travel expenses, and, where designated, the tuition. To cover the tuition expense, each State should submit a purchase order or equivalent document, payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, to the following address:
Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of the Chief Financial Officer Attn: Leah P. Tremper Mail Stop T9 E10 Washington, DC 20555 The NRC will, in turn, issue you a bill (invoice), if for any reason your attendeo is unable to attend, please submit to us a written purchase order, or equivalent, to cancel, prior to the starting date of the course.
Course attendees should be encouraged to make travel and lodging arrangements as soon as possible. If for any reason a candidate is unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, so that alternative arrangements can be made.

4 INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS ACCEPTANCE: This is to advise you that those individuals in Enclosure 1 have been accepted for participation in the training course (H-121), " Multi-agency Radiation Survey and Site Investigation Manual (MARSSIM)." This course is scheduled to be presented April 27-29,1999 in Room T3815 at the NRC Professional Development Center, Two White Flint North Building, 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852.
COURSE: The course will be conducted beginning at 8:00 am and end at 4:00 pm each day.
A course outline is attached. Students should bring an engineering or scientific calculator with them.
LODGING AND TRAVEL: Below is a list of motels and hotels in the Rockville area. You should plan to arrive on Monday April 26,1999 and depart on late Thursday April 29,1999 or Friday April 30,1999. Participants must make their own lodging arrangements. Individuals should request a State or government employee rate at the hotels.
