The purpose of this contract-modification is to begin the. contract closecut process by deobligating excess funds from the cost appropriation of this contract. The contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
$18,652.74 is hereby-deobligated from this contract as shown in block 12 of the SF 30 Contract Modification.
As a result, Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation - Cost Plus Fixed Fee paragraph (c) is hereby replaced with the following:
"(c)
The_ amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $2,150,847.26, of which the sum of $1,990,143.46 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $160,704 represents the fixed fee."
