< Contract No. NRC-26-93-263 Modification No. 8 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to:
1.
incorporate the specialized course entitled " Radiation Risk" under Paragraph 8.3.d - Option Year 3 of the subject contract, thereby revising Option Year 3.
2.
increase the ceiling amount of the contract by $101,544.98 from $289,315.74 to
$390,860.12 as a result of the additional courses and exercise of Option Year 3 as reflected under Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obliaation-Deliverv Orders. (Note: The total amount of the additional courses, inclusive of course preparation is $70,163.98 and the total amount of Option Year 3 is $31,381.00 for a combined total for Option Year 3 in the amount of $101,544.98.)

increase the obligated amount of the subject contract by 44,721.00 from
$199,263.74 to $243,984.74 as a result of the additional courses and exercise of Option Year 3 as reflected undt Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obliaation-Delivery Orders.

exercise the third option year in accordance with Paragraph I.6 - Ootion to l

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Under Paragraph B.3.d. - Ootion Year 3 is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the Attachment to this modification.

Under Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obliaation-Det very Ordem, the first sentence of Subparagraphs (a) and (b) are hereby deleted in their entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"(a)
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is
$390,860.12.
(b) The amount present!y obligated with respect to this contract is
$243,984.74."

Under Paragraph F.2 - Duration of Contract Period is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on June 7,1996 and will expire on June 6,2000."

Under Paragraph G.2 - Orderina Procedures. Subparagraph (a) is hereby deleted in its entirety to incorporate the name of an individual authorized to issue delivery orders as follows:
