l Th3 Unit operated at 100% during February 1999 with the exception of one short downpower. This downpower occurred on February 18,1999, and lasted approximately one hour and 45 minutes. The purpose of the i

downpower was to perform MSIV Scram Functional testing and Turbine Control Valve testing.
