Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Teledyne CAE License No. STB-874 Based on the inspection conducted on September 20, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with require-ments, as noted below. The item below is an infraction.
10 CFR 20.30) requires that you dispose of licensed material only by certain authorized procedures.
Contrary to this requirement, as of September 20, 1978, you have been disposing of licensed source material in excess of 0.05% by weight, by transfer to a non-licensed individual.
