The bases for my disapproval is that in SECY-99-022, the staff cJd not provide the Commission with a schedule and plan of action to address, industry recommendations, as requested in the Commission's May 14,1998 SRM for SECY-98-036. As such, I recommend the staff provide the Commission with a schedule and plan of action for review and approval.
