A copy of the Notice of Opportunity for Prior Hearing on the decommissioning of the Humboldt Bay Power Plant, Unit No. 3 is enclosed as you requested in your letter of July 14, 1986. Also, Mr. Erickson of my staff mailed a copy of this Notice on July 21, 1986 to your office as discussed with a member of your staff on that date.
Please note the August 4, 1986 deadline for filing a request for a hearing and the procedure for filing a request in the last 10 days of the notice period.
