MANHATTAN COLLEGE ZERO POWER REACTOR (TAC NO. MA0648)
Dear Dr. Jackson:
Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant impact related to your application for amendment dated December 18,1997, as supplemented on July 21, October 29, November 10,1998 and January 6,1999. The proposed amendment would amend Facility Operating License No. R-94 to reflect that the license authorizes possession but not operation of the reactor and would approve the decommissioning plan.
The assessment is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
